Acupressure effect

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese Medicine technique derived from Acupuncture. In Acupressure, physical pressure is applied on the acupuncture points manually with hands or devices. Acupoints may or may not be in the same areas of body targeted as symptoms. The TCM theory for the selection of such points and their effectiveness is that they work by stimulating the MERIDIAN SYSTEM to bring relief by rebalancing the QUI (CHI) or ENERGY. Acupressure healing touch reduces tension, increases circulation, and enables the body to relax deeply. By relieving stress, acupressure therapystrengthens resistance to diseases and promotes wellness.
