Preparation Instructions:
Soup: Take 1 spoon (10g) of VeganPro and mix it with 150ml water. Heat a pan add butter, 1-2 garlic cloves, and ajwain (Jwano) (Optional). Pour the VeganPro mixture into the pan, stir and let it boil for 2 minutes. Squeeze a few drops of lemon. Your soup is ready!
Daal: (to eat with Rice/Bhat) use 15g of VeganPro in 150ml water and follow the same process.
Savory Pancake: In a bowl, mix VeganPro flour and water to form a smooth, semi-thick batter. (Optional: Add egg or finely chopped vegetables-onions, greens etc.) for extra flavor and texture. Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour a ladle of minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges lift slightly. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Enjoy the VeganPro Savory Pancake warm with chutney, yogurt, or pickles for a delicious meal!
